The truth is, remodeling can be disruptive; however, our job is to minimize that stress as much as possible. We provide a construction schedule with start/end dates, and we set realistic expectations about timelines to help you understand the steps that are coming up and how best to prepare. We also continually communicate about schedules, as much as daily at times, and use protective measures like dust barriers and clean-up protocols for nearby areas. For major projects, we can help arrange temporary solutions (like alternate kitchen or bathroom setups) to keep your life running smoothly while we work.

That is really the most important question! We have dedicated more than 30 years to creating a process that ensures we are all on the same page and happy when the project is complete. Our design process includes complete floor plans, detailed renderings, physical material samples and thorough discussions at every stage so that we are working together with you to make decisions that align with your vision. We don’t move forward until we know you feel confident about the design choices we make together. By the time construction begins, you’ll already know and love how your space will look and function in the end.

No problem! We can work with y ou and your contractor on the design of the project. We do this frequently, and it works well! We handle the design, and they do the building.
